A gathering of blacksmiths to treat your eyes and burn your nose. Watch as many demonstrations beat iron into nails, spoons and hinges. You will love the old nostalgic smell of a blacksmith’s shop, the sound of hammers pounding red hot iron, the smell of the forges and the magic of turning scrap iron into ornamental items. Demonstrations will be on-going through out the weekend with dozens of blacksmiths on hand.
Guests will not only see the blacksmiths at work, but be able to purchase items they have made – tripods, forks, hinges, ornamental iron of all sorts. The weekend of events will be from 10 to 5 both Saturday and Sunday. There is a $2 Park Fee, and Admission to the Village is $5.00 for Adults and $3.00 for children.
