Picturesque Outdoor Weddings $800.00

Hayner House porch, Chester Park Train Station, and other outdoor areas are available. Accommodates up to 200 guests. Rental fee includes 100 white folding chairs. Additional chairs are available for rent at $1.50 each (larger guest lists are possible, please consult with the social event coordinator).

Intimate Church Weddings $500.00

Somerset Church Seats up to 100 guests. Includes: Unity Candle Table and Pulpit and Electric Candles in windows. Rental includes a one hour wedding rehearsal and two hour event time. Additional time may be added for $100.00 per hour.

Hayner House Ballroom $35.00 per person includes catered luncheon or $350.00 facility rental only.

Rehearsal Dinners

Hayner House Ballroom $50.00 per person includes catered dinner or $500.00 facility rental only.

Bridal Teas

Indoors in The Hayner Ballroom or outdoors in the Tea Garden $35.00 per person includes catered lunch or $350.00 facility rental only.

Bridal Showers

Indoors in The Hayner Ballroom or outdoors in the Tea Garden $35.00 per person including catered lunch or $350.00 facility rental only.

Facility rental is up to three (3) hours. Additional time $50.00 per hour.

The Hayner Ballroom and Tea Garden accommodate up to 50 people seated or 75 people standing.

Wedding Receptions

Hayner House Ballroom

$500.00 facility rental only Seats up to 50 guests Includes up to 12 sets of wrought iron tables/chairs, and table linens, and buffet table.

Picturesque Outdoor Receptions

$800.00 facility rental only. Includes up to 12 sets of wrought iron table/chairs, and table linens that seat approximately 50 guests.

Reception rentals fees do not include outdoor tents or catering. You are welcome to bring in the caterer of your choice.

Reception rental is for three hours. Additional time may be added $100.00 per hour.
